Loft Luminoso | Adaptado | Smart TV | Aire acondicionado | 2 personas

Good enough to come back Positive: Give me all it promised Negative: The shower could be better with a door and the position is little far away but with a buss is okay

Good Positive: Very good communication with the staff, we had a problem with the door and within 2 hours someone came and fixed it. Location was fine, commuting both to the beach and to the centre was quite easy. The place itself was clean, the washing machine was good and it had a dryer option, although it doesn’t dry the clothes completely and having a drying rack as well would be very convenient. The AC worked amazing, a hairdryer had a diffuser, which was a very pleasant surprise as well, because you don’t see it often in places on booking or airbnb. The internet was quick, the bed was very comfortable. Negative: There were multiple big trash cans in front of the front door, so the smell wasn’t nice if you opened the windows + soundproofing was almost non existent and you could hear someone always rummaging in those trash cans. The lock system was a huge disadvantage. Although the communication about it was amazing and we had it fixed, we were still late to the function because we stayed and waited for it to be fixed. This was a constant problem, too, every time we wanted to close the door we had to fiddle with the lock. I couldn’t do it myself because I have long nails, but thankfully my friend doesn’t, so she was doing all the work. If I was there alone, I wouldn’t be able to close the door at all.
